Just like an interview, you need to enquire for the property yourself – do not ask your relatives or friends to ring up for you. You will require a bond of four weeks rent and also two weeks rent payable in advance. If you bond is organized by the Housing Trust, you will need to make an appointment by calling them at 9am and booking in for that day. They will asses your income and advise your level of rent and what they are prepared to offer you for bond payment.

Once you have downloaded the form and completed it, you will need to come into our office and drop it off. A fax of your application will not be sufficient as we require an original of your signature.

Remember to bring into the office with you 100 points of ID which may include your Driver’s License, Bank Statement with your name and current address, Medicare Card etc.
